What We’re Looking For:

  • Commentary on internet sub-cultures from new perspectives

  • First-hand accounts of the effects, positive and negative, of the increasing digitization of daily life

  • Reflections on how specific social media platforms impact how we interact with each other as human beings

What We’re NOT Looking For:

  • Manifestos condemning or advocating for our increasing dependence on the Internet

Please Be Advised:

  • Documents must be formatted with double-spacing, 1-inch margins, and 12-point Times New Roman or Courier font. The top left of the first page must indicate a final word-count. DO NOT include images, illustrations, or graphics. Submissions that do not meet these formatting requirements may be disqualified.

  • We do not censor submitted content, we ask only for honesty.

  • We DO NOT consider work that has been previously published.

  • Given our extensive review process, we DO NOT permit simultaneous submissions.

  • If we determine a phone interview will provide more context to your work, we will reach out by email first to schedule one.

  • DO NOT inquire about the status of your submission until 5 weeks after the closure of the submission form.
